Chilly

Replacing the Odd Jobs storyline branch with Chilly, a no-fi hiphop musician and "radio host" who players can choose to hang out with during Free Time.

Chilly makes jabs at Bella chasing ad revenue instead of "making cool shit", although she readily owns the fact that most of her money comes from ad revenue and music streaming, and that her no-fi hiphop tracks are just samples and a drum beat.

Her magic tams can produce any musical sound, and most of the music she plays on the edge of the Shouting Quarter are things like  "Samurai Trap and Bass Japanese Type Lofi HipHop Mix [Bass Boosted]".

Hang out with Chilly during Free Time to discover what it's like trying to sell products in the Outernet.

She's a precious little shitlord.
