Build a Barbarian: Shades and Corporate Reshuffling

If you made it to a managerial position within your franchise, but are particularly bad at it, you might be a Shade.

Due to employment laws, it's difficult to sack someone of a managerial position just because they're crap. As a result, shades are moved from branch to branch, usually in large supermarkets, franchise bars or corporate offices, terrorising their new employees before the upper echelons of a company notice the chronic drop in productivity and move them on again.

Shades come in all shapes and sizes, but are most notable by their circle patterned ragged silks and disembodied floating eyes. 

When creating a Shade, remember to give them completely unassuming, simple names and an excruciatingly drawn out vernacular.
