Waifu Wars XXI - Kawaii Edition Reloaded

No restrictions this time, is because I didnt make any characters of those in a while. So, just in case: MHA, Pokemon, Persona, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Dragon Ball, etc. Will be allowed for now.

Character Limit will be 60

Any character after the limit will be out, and the higher tiers will have priority.

The higher tiers will be able to make a pick here for a special poll that will only contain these characters, and up to the +5 Patreons will be able to vote.

Is the following format: "character - (series)"

- 30 tier can pick up to 3 characters

- 10 tier can pick 1 character

- You already know, Anime, Videogames, Western Animation categories.
