[Artwork] Lady Dimitrescu Tall and Juicy!

NSFW Ver on upper tiers! 

As Promised here is the Lady Dimitrescu art, rendered and colored, mostly looking for a good composition for a limited sticker, I know some of you were expecting something more hardcore but I rather went to Bea from Pokemon for that, still it was fun to paint the more muted less saturated colors as well as the heavy make up! I made sure at least to check the Big Mama Milkers checkbox XD.
