Beach Jupiter [Progress]

Hey guys! As you know, Sailor Jupiter won our poll this month so I've been working on her summer illustration :3 Anyone wants to play beachball?

I attached the two clothing alts, one being a sailor-themed bikini and the other a more mature swimsuit.

I wonder what's happening on the background ?
