Deadlands Countdown! New Dice! Recap Episode!

Is it ok to share that I already owned a pair of tiny round Wild Wild West-style sunglasses before we played this new season of Deadlands? We're all friends here. I'm sure it's fine.

Which is to say: we're nearly ready to welcome you back to the Weird West with a whole new season of Oxventure Deadlands! It's going to be a grand old time, with higher stakes and better hats than ever before.

Season 2 begins exactly one week from today, with a new episode every Friday landing on both youtube.com/oxventure and on the Oxventure Podcast feed (available wherever you get your podcasts).

In the meantime, I'm delighted to share a couple of Deadlands apertifs to see you into the weekend and set you up for the season premiere next Friday:

1. Andy and I have recorded a special video version of the Oxventure Podcast, mulling over the events of Deadlands Season 1 and sharing a teaser clip or two of the new stuff. You can watch it on the Oxventure YouTube channel or get the audio-only experience at your usual podcast spot.

2. Today, we're launching the Oxventure Deadlands Hall of Oddities Dice Set! It's been a minute since we launched an Oxventure dice set, and we couldn't be more excited to share this one: a sharp-edge set with inclusions straight out of a supernatural Weird West sideshow, curated by Marshal Andy himself.

The Hall of Oddities Dice Set will be available on the official merch store from 1PM UK time, so if you've been hankering after a new set of shiny math rocks, some of which contain the severed hand of Will Bill Hickok, keep an eye out.
