You've saved Krissi from the Mayor + Met Valentina at Mean City Center(Remember the fire fight?)

These raider dudes will contact you in few of the major locations in the game.

 Location of the camps (3 in total)

   New area: Prewar Factory (Can be accessed even without the quest, but you can't enter the factory itself)

   New Enemies:
