There is another model that "could" make her and it's SDXL, but I had 2 problems. The example image wasn't looking remotely good, she was looking too small and her expression was way exaggerated. When I tested using the best of my skills to reproduce the image which hadn't ANY prompts to guide me. It looked like Rimuru with blue eyes. So it's a "nah". (I know about heterochromia)
