Minor NPCs textures x2/4k

This is a texture mod for all minor named NPCs. textures upscaled to x2 but maximum resolution stays 4K.

unpack the main file to:

FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Content\Paks\~mods

without creating a directory, or use a mod manager to install the 7z file
