Changes since EP 1.6.3 dev2:

• Fix issues with the recent blue darkness desaturation changes

• Improve the end crystal rays a bit with darkness desaturation

• Added more modded blocks to the properties files thanks to the contributors

• Updated translations thanks to the contributors

• Significantly improved the outdated Russian translations thanks to @Karbin Drem
