working on it! update as well on the whole surgery thing. I was 100% sure I messed up my inner stitches, because my symptoms came back. BUT, given some time now, my symptoms have very much settled down and i can eat normally and lie down normally again. I am hoping it stays this way and am being super ultra careful cuz perhaps whatever i messed up if anything is healing.

I have been having strong fatigue which is also probably because of the surgery, but my vitals are good.
