新年度です-New fiscal year-

昨年度は多くの皆さんにご支援いただき、ありがとうございました！

本年度もばりばり頑張ってまいります。

I will continue to work hard this year!

(In Japan, April is often regarded as the new financial year.)

FANBOXの更新頻度から察せられた方も多いかと思いますが・・・正月三ヶ日明けてからいきなりお仕事に忙殺されておりました。(今もですが・・・)

As many of you may have guessed from the frequency of FANBOX updates... I was suddenly very busy with work after the first three days of the New Year. (I'm still busy with work...)

尾籠な話で恐縮ですが、2月末には過労から血尿が出てしまい、人生で初の「尿道から内視鏡」も経験しました。あれ、けっこうすごい経験ですね・・・。幸いガンなどの重篤な原因ではなかったのは幸運でした。

At the end of February, at the risk of sounding vulgar, I also experienced the first 'endoscopy through the urethra' in my life, as I had to urinate blood from overwork. That was quite an amazing experience... Fortunately, it was not caused by something serious like cancer.

その後も世の作家を苦しめる確定申告もなんとか乗り切ることができました。

And then, I have managed to get through the tax returns that plague writers around the world.

まぁ忙しいのは仕事としてはありがたいのですが、昨年は休暇らしい休暇もとらずにぶっ通しで働きましたが、精神的にも肉体的にも疲労が蓄積するので適度な休みは必要だなと痛感しました。

Well, I appreciate that it is a busy job, but last year I worked all the time without taking any holiday time, and I realised that I needed a proper break because I was mentally and physically fatigued.

すでに11月まで仕事のスケジュールが埋まっていますが、今年は少し余裕のある制作を行いたいなと考えています。

My work schedule is already booked up until November, but I hope to have a little more time to produce this year.
