This is English Agent Tess Turner, a fictional character design by Sean Raiko Tay - a digital artist from Singapore, because this is an orginal character so I will create a story package for her, the comic is coming soon.

Many people say she looks like Samus Aran. Yeah, because her model sheet inspired on Samus Aran and Widow maker :3
