“Good Morning, Beautiful”
And just what exactly is so shocking about that?

Based partially on a woman I saw a few days ago (just widened quite significantly), with the addition of a pose I saw another artist do.
Going to tag it ‘Pumpkin’ because with the coffee in hand, it could low key be a Pumpkin Spice Latte if you really wanted it to be, & maybe all that wideness suddenly happened in the last few months. Or maybe it’s just after the season, & this is the result she’s left to contend with?
Or perhaps it’s none of the above, & she’s just always been a big girl, & simply never had the right person tell her just how gorgeous she was.
My personal head canon is that she & whoever she’s responding to have been catching public transportation at this same stop for a while, have low key feelings for each other but have never really interacted beyond simple smiles & nods. Which is why she’s so taken back by the sudden compliment.
This was one of those situations though where I sketched her. And then every pass between sketch & final linework, I pushed her shape just a bit wider, & rounder. And I’m happy with her roundness, but I’m a little worried about the anatomy. But overall, I’m happy with it. I might go back & do a vignette featuring that latter scenario. Again though, feel free to attach whatever head canon you like best!
