今回は現状とこれからの運用についてのお知らせです。

■今後について

・来月から差分ありイラストと差分なしの1枚イラストの週があるかも

・支援プランPlusのみ更新の週があるかも

「かも」というのは確実にこうなりますと言うより

そういった週もあるかもしれないので予めお伝えしておきますくらいの感覚です。

というか差分描くのが好きすぎて止められないの(自分のせい)

確定事項として

・PSDの配布は月末にまとめてエクストラプランのご支援特典に変更

・漫画やレイヤー構成やファイル容量の都合上配布できない時もある

・週１の更新はそれが自分の支援サイトにおけるアイデンティティなので続ける。

・どうしてもお休みになってしまう週は予め告知

になります。

■経緯とご説明

2020年、2021年の巣ごもり需要時に比べて世の中の環境にも変化があり、

イベントの再開や海外イベントの参加など積極的に行うようになり、

ありがたいことにお仕事のご依頼をいただくことも多くなりました。

その状況で毎週同じクオリティや内容を保ちながら更新を続けていくことが難しくなり始めたため、

このような現状や経緯もあり、今回改めてお知らせとして投稿させていただきました。

PSD配布に関しては全てのレイヤーにおける性器の修正や、レイヤーのリネーム、見やすさの調整、

ファイル容量の調整など色々やっているのですがこれがまた結構時間がかかってしまいます。

それと希少性も踏まえて、エクストラプランの特典に変更いたします。

ただ、更新や投稿を忙しくて大変だなぁと思うことはあっても辛く苦しいとは思ったことはないんですよね。

その反面、イラストの完成に妥協することも多く、もう一人入れたかったな、細かな装飾を付けたかったな、漫画形式にしたかったな、

もう1差分作りたかったなどなど、むしろそれが辛い。

こうして、お仕事を迷わず受けられるのもイベントに参加できるのも

ご支援、応援いただけているから安心して仕事や創作ができております。

本当にありがとうございます。

なるべくご支援者様が損した気分にならないようにを優先にしていますが、

本来の支援サイトの意味も振り返り、もうちょっとまったりやっていけたらと思います。

と、ネガティブなお知らせではなく前向きに頑張っていこうみたいな感覚なので

心境は穏やかなのでご心配なくです。

This time, we have some updates regarding the current situation and our future operations.

■ Regarding the Future

Starting next month, there might be weeks with illustrated content featuring both versions: with and without variations.

There might be weeks when updates will only be available for supporters of the Plus support plan.

The use of "might" implies that these changes are being shared as a kind of advance notice, rather than definite statements about how things will be. Also, it's worth mentioning that I can't seem to stop myself from creating variations. (It's my own fault, really.)

As for confirmed decisions:

The distribution of PSD files will be consolidated and offered as an extra benefit for the Extra Plan supporters at the end of each month.

Due to considerations such as comic panels, layer arrangements, and file sizes, there may be times when certain content cannot be distributed.

Updates will continue at a frequency of once a week, as it is a part of the identity of my support site.

Break weeks will be announced in advance.

■ Background and Explanation

Compared to the demand during the stay-at-home period in 2020 and 2021, there have been changes in the overall environment. I've become more actively involved in events, including international ones, and have been fortunate to receive more job requests.

However, maintaining the same quality and content on a weekly basis has become increasingly challenging in this situation. Taking into account this current state and background, I wanted to communicate these changes once again through this post.

Regarding PSD distribution, I've been making various adjustments such as censoring explicit content on all layers, renaming layers, enhancing readability, and optimizing file sizes. However, this process takes a considerable amount of time. Also, considering the exclusivity, I will be changing this benefit to be part of the Extra Plan.

Nevertheless, while I sometimes find updating and posting to be busy and challenging, I've never felt overwhelmed or distressed. On the contrary, compromising on the final version of the illustrations is often difficult for me. I often think about adding another character, adding intricate details, turning the content into a comic format, creating additional variations, and so on. Those aspects are what truly prove to be challenging.

In this way, I can confidently take on jobs and participate in events. All of this is possible because of your support and encouragement. Thank you very much. While my priority is to ensure that supporters don't feel disadvantaged, I also want to reflect on the original purpose of the support site and take a slightly more relaxed approach if possible.

This isn't meant to be a negative announcement. It's more about moving forward with a positive attitude and determination. So, please rest assured that I'm in a calm state of mind.
