? It’s Okay If You’re Sad Right Now ?

No roleplay. Just thought this might be a good thing to say.

Nighttime can be really hard for us all. Whether it’s stress, health, fears, nightmares or anything else that our brains like to torture us with.

Please know you are not alone. We’ve all been there and we’ll all probably be there again at some point. But that just means that we’re each proof that “now” is not forever.

Listen to me when I say this: You can survive this.

Tomorrow is coming. Hold on. Distract yourself. Read something, watch something, exercise, have a long shower, eat food, just make it till tomorrow because you are worthy of better times ❤️
