Sailor Palutena

Here she finally is! Another sailor scout added! Decided to give her the Sailor Mars kind of red since Palutena wears some red on her normal OG clothing. Originally was planning about green instead of red for Palu, but I decided I wanted to give the green to Min Min instead because I think it would fit her color scheme better. (Yes I will be doing a Sailor Min Min as well soon)
