Modern House With Pool | (No CC ?)

Hope you're all well ?

Hubs busy meshing/working on our next set, so while he's been doing that, I thought I'd set myself a likkle challenge (for me, at least!) and do something I haven't done in literally years... build with NO CC! ?
I don't often get time to build (never mind without cc!) and obviously I'm more partial to alpha cc, too, over more maxis' style.

Anyways, I know this won't be for everyone - but I've added it to the gallery if any of you guys would like to download ?
Feel free to edit it, or maybe do a cc version with some of our cc!
