At some point of history, these faction of aliens made a deal with humans,
where they would provide knowledge in exchange of "tributes",
for their nefarious Cosmic Raffle :3

At some point the link was lost,
but now the humans found the way back!
And It's unlikely they will allow the link to their humans to be lost again :3
