IMPORTANT UPDATE ON REWARDS:
I'm pushing the rewards to every three months instead of monthly. I don't feel confident with my skills to do these monthly, and I'd rather do them less often, but better. I'm sorry if this is a let down for you.
There won't be a reward for December, and I will start fresh in January.
