Review:

It feels like unintentionally I've been reviewing these sweet comfy side-scrollers every 3rd post.
And why not actually?

I've always been drawn to action games for the simple reason that the H content often feels organic: Lewd events that make sense based on what is happening in real time through the player's actions.

Worlds apart from simple CG transitions commonly used in other projects, as hot as they may be.
But hey, that could be just me.

One thing I know for sure though, is that there are never enough competent side-scrollers in the scene, and Demon's Maid Luna is yet another small blessing to have.

?️ As mentioned, DML is an action side-scroller with all the typical gameplay features:
WASD, Double Jump, Basic attack combo, Dodge, Uppercut, and Aerial dive.
All special actions use the Stamina bar, and health can be recovered on demand with a limited potion supply that replenishes at save points.

The story is non-existent, or rather just there to give us context to murdering or getting sexually assaulted by our enemies.
Between us, that's all I ever want to see in an H Action game. Lets leave text to someone who actually gets paid specifically to write words.

The world is broken into multiple zones, transitioned by small rooms with a map to keep track at the pause menu. Not a Metrodvania if you wondered, since backtracking is based only on items acquired.

All abilities, including the newly obtained ones, can be leveled-up with experience (souls).
Just pump it all into attack, Smash, and fire dive. The rest is a bonus.

So what separates DML from other decent H Side-scrollers?
Well, nothing really.
I mean, what separates the first Metal Slug from the rest of the series? nothing significant, but we sure as hell played the hell out of them all didn't we? (I know I did)

There's nothing wrong with getting another spicy dish full of hot sauce in a different package. Especially with an art this bueno.

? Small pet peeve I got with it is that you need to get completely knocked out to get knocked up. Even having your clothes tear doesn't cut it.
These monsters want you out cold before they do their dirty deeds.

On the bright side, you unlock every single animation type the game has to offer when you beat the game, so put a bit of effort, because it's damn worth it.

All H content of this game is so goddamn smooth. Especially the CG animations...

I bet the main reason you hit "continue reading" was just to learn more about that hypnotizing jiggle I've posted as the main thumbnail. Rightfully so!

Although not being rich in H content, and even with a bit rough but satisfying gameplay -
Demon's Maid Luna is a great H Action game that is well worth checking out for a very comfy couple of hours of solid cultured entertainment. (There's even Easy mode)
