Her name is Belle Annabelle! ? she's a spy for the NC, a very sweet person but locks in at the time of challenges
She was called in by the blue haired Dr. B, after her assistant was unable to free herself from a restrictive white tape chairtie while trying to test her new materials for bindings.
Making a bit of a competition, they got hogtied in super strong belts, carbon laced body binders and shock ringags, struggling to get out before the other does.
Unfortunately, Pom is a bad loser, so after the test were over, she made sure she can't lose again to her, leaving her bound and gagged for the night.

I nearly died many times this month, but I'm back? sorry for the lack of activity, I'll finish the other OC winner within this month and there'll be a full Arcane animation soon! I'll be posting updates on Discord if you are interested in that ?
