Random Encounters beta test!

Greetings, Operator!  Here's a short beta test of a new feature: random encounters at the bar.

Create a new character, then use the shortcut on the first story screen (where she's in her office at the start of the game).

Let me know if this has potential, or if we should stick to just scripting all the barmaid scenes.  ?
