473. Tifa - Dragon Year 2024

Hello awesome people and welcome to 2024!
With this first illustration of the Year I would like to clebrate with our lovely TIFA (discord meme waifu) and a Dragon-inspired outfit ( since from February 10th it will start the Chinese Dragon Year).
