HOW WE DELIVER OUR MODELS

All of our models are delivered via MyMiniFactory, where they will be saved in your library forever, even if you unsubscribe. Simply create an account on MMF with the same e-mail you signed up with on Patreon to get your minis.

Within two business days you'll receive a link via e-mail to redeem your minis on MMF. Please make sure to wait two business days and then check your spam folder before contacting us about missing files.

The Daemon Onslaught, releasing from January - April, is our chance to revisit four of our most popular armies for Grimdark Future and Age of Fantasy. Each of these daemonic forces will be getting several all-new units to flesh their armies out, some heroic versions of existing units with new dynamic poses, as well as updates to most of the existing units to improve their printability and bring them in line with our more modern releases.

To round it out and complete your Daemon collections, we'll also be re-releasing all the remaining units in the armies. This means you'll be getting a massive amount of minis and models across four full armies.

But that's not all! We're also releasing two new Narrative Campaigns, A Study in Treachery for Age of Fantasy: Quest and Testing the Limits for Grimdark Future: Star Quest, as well as four all-new villain models, one for each Daemonic Army!

As we've recently announce on the 2026 Road Map Live Stream, there are some changes with our Patreon releases this year.

First we're changing how we release the advanced access for the paper models, available for Tier 1 and higher Patrons. For the Human Defense Force, we're going to start to release all the models at once in their first color scheme this month, the second color scheme in February, and the Black & White versions with their Terrain Pack in March. After March the models will be made available, with the rest of our paper models, for free on our DriveThruRPG store. This is instead of releasing two different factions across 6 or more months. This should make it a lot easier to get a full army on the table quickly.

When we released Age of Fantasy: Quest and Grimdark Future: Star Quest, we wanted there to be enough hero models to cover the different class options, and we began releasing new Aof: Quest and GF: Star Quest heroes at a rapid pace, one each every month. But now that we've got that roster filled out nicely, with plenty of heroes to choose from for each game, we're going to release one AoF: Quest or GF: Star Quest hero each month, alternating between games.

The Welcome Pack will still have four heroes available for each game, and we are still going to release AoF: Quest & GF: Star Quest Narrative Campaigns with Villain Models as normal.

Similarly for our Short Stories, when we started to release them, we wanted to rapidly flesh out our worlds and lore. So far, we've now released 48 stories with tie-in missions across Grimdark Future and Age of Fantasy. We're going to slow the pace slightly and switch to releasing one Short Story with a tie-in mission each moth, switching between Grimdark Future and Age of Fantasy.

With these changes we free up some of our resources that we can focus on other projects that we're excited about. If you're curious about what's in the future for OPR, we highly recommend you watch our recent live stream for some details, hints, and previews.

Finally, we're going to stop re-releasing the old Warfleets models each new month. These are some of our oldest models that we've been re-releasing for years now. They don't match the factions currently in Grimdark Future: Warfleets, and we don't think they represent the current quality of our models. For now they'll still remain on our MyMiniFactory store to purchase if anyone wishes to grab them, and new Grimdark Future: Warfleets players can get the free paper models from our DriveThruRPG store.
