Last Post Of 2025 - 2026 Will Be Your Year!

Hey everyone, this is the last post of the year.

Before I say thanks, I wanted you to know this quick tip has boosted my posts lately. Before this, I was just randomly making anything I found cool to practice on, like animals, statues, food, etc. But I've decided that I'll treat my posts like I was trying to flirt with somebody, like I've fallen in love and I wanted the other person to feel attracted to secret messages. That's why you see many "love" related posts; they all have this theme in common and have become useful in some way to those who are feeling the same, one way or another.

Now, not all the posts are about that, but they kind of fall into the mood of love. This small change I've made to the concept behind my practices has felt like tapping into the very old content I used to share, which was women having fun.

How is this useful for you? When sharing your art, I think creating a mood around a feeling you are experiencing is very useful. It makes the art more powerful; people create their own stories, and you as an artist express yourself. I chose love, but I guess many moods are already being used, not only by illustrators but by any musical artist, for example. You just have to ask: how does your playlist feel? What's the mood?

On a different note. Remember I'll be giving away one of my books, "Life in Every Sketch," but on Discord only! The requirement is for you to participate in our daily challenge during this December, at least once. By the end of the month, I'll be announcing the winner among all participants.

I wanted to say how grateful I am for your support. Of all the years I've been creating content for Patreon, this year has been the one with the most support. Thanks to you, I've been able to live off my weirdest painting ideas, from character design to simple practices, plus being able to provide for my family and develop my personal project that I hope I can share with you soon.

I can't ask for more. I hope this next year I can keep providing more value to you, whether with tips or by simply inspiring you to keep going on this artistic journey.
