Burnout updates
Hello!
First of all, I want to thank you all for your support during this not-so-great period of my life.
Here is some news about my emotional state.
So far it's more like a swing.
At first it gets better and it seems that life is returning to its usual rhythm, but... then I wake up in the morning and realize that there is no strength to get out of bed. Again.
Therapy didn't help me much. In fact, I think it only makes things worse. From next week I want to try a different approach to solving the problem. I really hope this works.
Either way, I’m positive! I really want to return to normal life as soon as possible and realize all my plans.
