New Water Dungeon enemy art and progress

Heya!

Here are the different phases of the Submerged Scout enemy. Also some new stuff about the other enemies.

Copper Snake and Runaway T-0 Prototype enemies can be found in the new build, but their battles are still very much a work in progress.
