New Armor and Weapons

New

The blacksmith in Piratetown no longer will be used for crafting. I want to keep the crafting systems in the same place. He will still have a shop! I also added a Sapphire Ring, you need to show Wizzy in Shiptown a sapphire and he'll be able to make them.

In the future, probably in the Quest Guild, I want to have a new place where you can craft items.
