Teleportation in Quest Guild + other stuff

Heya!

I tested a teleportation circle in Quest Guild that would in the future transfer you to a base of sorts where you can craft stuff and collect things. It's still far off, but I had an idea what kind of teleportation animation I wanted so I added and tested it now!

I fixed and made a new thunder spell animation for the Thunder Mage in the beach cave.
