Piratetown/Underwater update and a new NPC

Heya!

New art for Piratetown. Also a new item!

Here's a new look at the underwater area. New sprite work and a new type road, just to make the look of the underwater areas more diverse! The layout isn't finished at all, I've just been making new sprite art and testing if it works in the game! It looks good and plays well!

The house left of the bounty board is starting to look like this inside. There's a basement and a 2nd floor, but those aren't reeady to show yet.
