Had one of the most intense workout sessions I’ve ever had to hit chest triceps and shoulders that left me absolutely drenched ? and that was BEFORE I even stepped foot in the bathroom to take a shower ?‍? safe to say the pump was reallyyyy showing everywhere in alllll the muscles ??
