Survey currently down

So it looks like someone reported my survey or something, or they added a automated inspector. I've tried filling out the response, but it wants you to specify which blocked words I used, but I don't see anything weird in my questions. I'm trying to get it resolved. I do have the most recent results as of last night, so we do have something to go off of.

I'll keep you updated and look for a new survey provider in the meantime.
