Wobble of Wands – Medium swarm of Tiny constructs, unaligned

A wobble of wands is a wondrous sight to witness. Why it whirls, and for what reason these typically inanimate tools of witchcraft waver, is wholly unknown. Regardless, the wandering wands might warrant a formidable windfall for those willing to wrangle with their wild wards and weaves. Word has it that many wobbles of wands are accompanied by wizardly weighty specimens – wands that are usually quite challenging to come by under mundane circumstances.
