Dormant Arbitrator – Huge celestial, neutral

Celstial took the win in November's Huge Monster Poll – much to the joy of the Harbinger of Oblivion, Seeker of Souls & Avatar of Assonance! I happily present their new cosmic friend:

On its throne of dusk and gray, it reigns in silence; with the stillness of eternity, it wields void itself. The dormant arbitrator hails from a time and place beyond comprehension. It never fully awakens but its strides are guided by a consciousness forged from sternness and unyielding vigor. It is a guardian of the Realm in Ruins, whose fate was sealed in times of yore. Yet this crumbling domain remains a hoard of ancient magic and artifacts of cosmic qualities – a temptation that many faring seekers of the unknown cannot resist, only to fall into ruin themselves.
