Icha Icha Waifu - Tournament - Vol.3

Hi Fellas, it's been a while, hasn't it? The Waifu Tournament is finally back for its third edition??, and we've got some visual changes to show you. But before that, let's go over some of the rules that have been updated for the tournament's operation.

1.The number of characters has been increased from 8 to 12, based on the results of the last poll I conducted. I reduced the number of participating anime series and focused on the ones you voted for and suggested in that poll. I also believe that increasing the number of characters will provide more voting options.

2.Previously, the idea was to have a tournament focused solely on the anime of the winning character in each tournament. However, this proved to be quite time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, I believe it's more dynamic to go back to the way it was before.

3.After completing the sets of illustrations for Temari, I realized that 10 illustrations might be a bit much and it takes a lot more time to finish. With the intention of reducing the gap between tournaments, I will be reducing the number of illustrations to 7.

4.Still considering this proposal to shorten the gap between tournaments, I will now be thinking about the final prize during the tournament's duration. In other words, instead of having illustrations with random poses, I will already illustrate a part of the final set for the characters with the most votes. At the end of the tournament, the winning character will receive an additional 3 illustrations, totaling a set of 7 images.

5.The theme of the illustrations will be based on the results of the poll you all voted in, which helped me understand your overall preferences. This will make it easier for me to decide what to illustrate.
