Update On Bicep Injury And Brief Message Detailing My Plans Below (The Stories WILL GO On No Matter What)
Hey everyone, I wanted to give you all a very quick update on my health and give you all some information so that way you may be aware. On July 23rd while at the gym, I suffered a minor injury that has effected my right arm. Thankfully to my knowledge, I did NOT tear my bicep completely, however from what I know - I may have a mild or moderate strain and/or a minor rupture to my inner bicep.
The update: The bruising JUST began about 2-3 days ago (there was no bruising for about days until now) doctors told me that it was going to be normal but I was told that I MAY HAVE a ruptured tendon and/or a moderate strain but even now, the numbness is gone , the tender feeling and watery feeling is almost gone but my bicep does feel strained a a bit sore but NO major pain anywhere and while this may be the current situation within the moment, I am committed to still grind for you all - however if you start to notice that something may be delayed by a day or two, please understand that it is because of my arm and that I am working through WHATEVER kind of injury this is, to commit myself for you all. I will keep you all posted on what happens but thus far, I have minor pain but nothing where it requires immediate surgery. I may be one armed at the moment, but I am still on the grind. If anyone in the meantime can help share as to how to tend to a minor rupture and/or moderate bicep strain, please let me know. So thank you all for understanding.
