January's Sketch Tier Sketches (Finally)

Presented in one post to prevent spam, here are both of January's belated Sketch Tier Sketches! One is a continuation of a pageant winner OC who continually grows larger with every further prize she wins, and the other is another OC who is facing a dilemma of sorts.
