Announcement about the new policy of PIXIV

Attention!

There was an announcement from Pixiv about some changes ahead.

Due to some of them, I need to think about my contents.

The paragraph below is from the announcemnet of Pixiv, 11/15/2022.

Furthermore, the rules or policies of Brand Protection for Card Networks transactions for content that is patently offensive, unethical, or promote criminal activity; such as, by way of example and not limitation:

・Sexual exploitation of a minor

・Incest

・Bestiality

・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)

・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part　

Under the Service Master Terms of Use, we ask that all users check for items that include the above content on BOOTH, pixivFANBOX, and the pixiv Requests feature, and if such content is found, delete the items or set them to private.

Well, I certainly don't deal with 'Sexual exploitation of a minor', 'Incest', 'Bestiality'.

But I'm concerned about those two things below.

・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)

・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part　

Hmmm... My contents are not 'Hardcored', but some of them can be somewhat offensive, and contains a non-violent but mutilated heroine, within a scene not that 'consensual', as you all know.

So I think some of them should be deleted as they are suggesting.

The updated Terms of Use will go into effect on Thursday, December 15th, so I should deal with them before 14th.

Therefore,

Please, All fans, get your desired stuff downloaded til 13 of December,

before I deal with those contents as Pixiv says.

-Ogre scenes with some Violence

which can be regarded as a 'Non consensual situation'

-Tamanin 甲河アスカ animated contents,

which can be regarded as a 'Non consensual situation' with 'Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part'. My intention was not raping situation, though.

Maybe getting rid of syringes may solve the problem?

But I will not take any chances that can end up with getting banned.

but I think those should be changed more softcored and be posted.

If Pixiv's not that harsh on keywords and contents with not- that-much-hardcored stuff, I'll finish with this scene with more softcored-consensual-like scene.

-Fantasy/Ogre scenes Planned

They are prohibiting those contents on Fanbox, Booth, and Pixiv request,

so maybe on Pixiv itself would be okay I guess?

I think I should keep an eye on how some related keywords being treated by Pixiv.

I'm so sad that Pixiv is changing their policy, limiting boundaries of creation.

But it's their decision, nothing else I can do but follow the new rule...
