Happy New Year Everone!

I know that technically it's not the Year of the Dragon yet, but literally EVERYONE is doing it already, including Japanese and Chinese artists and pages, so I thought if I did this in February, it wouldn't be relevant at all any more.

In case you remember, I draw a dragon OC last year and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to draw him again. :D
