resculpt progress so far [WIP]

currently I have made the following improvements to the model: new painted eyes, higher detail face sculpt, improved neck and wrists that connect to the body, optional human ears for non animal-eared characters, improved penis (which will also be an optional feature that can turn into a vagina), higher detail body sculpt including improved nipples.

the legs and feet still need to be completed, but those will also be coming soon and at greater detail than the old model
