Highlight-34 Horror on the Orient Express

This Highlight is a special one, dealing with the handouts, Players tokens, and a few additions.

1/ Adding the map of Cafe de Flore, for Paris, Chapter 4.
2/ Adding a map of an Hotel in Paris, Chapter 4.
3/ Adding some maps of Train platform for 1893, Chapter 3.
4/ Adding Tokens for Players Character (1923, 1893, 1402, 330)
5/ Adding +70 handouts (english/french) for the whole campagne

[Spoiler Alert: From now on, certain passages of my explanations or certain visuals may be spoilers!]

1/ New Maps in Paris:
• Le Cafe de Flore is a famous Parisian café.
It will be perfect for your meetings, especially with Paul Mandrin or Rémi Vangeim.
• A hotel has been added for your nights in Paris.
The name is not specifically mentioned in the book, so Le Bristol, Le Ritz, Le Lutetia, and Le Plaza Athénée are well-known hotel names in Paris.

(I didn't do the FoundryVTT integration for this. As we are coming to the end, everything will be integrated in the upcoming Beta version.)

2/ Platform added for Chapter 3 in 1893.
The cities of: Strasbourg / Stuttgart / Ulm / Munich / Salzburg / Vienna / Budapest have been added.

4/ Tokens for Player Characters
Pre-made characters from each era are included, along with their custom token frames.
The 1923 and 1893 player characters have blue and gold token frames, which are exclusive to Patreon.

5/ And finally, the big job of the week!
Over 70 handouts in English and French, in WebP format.
They are sorted and numbered by chapter, so they are easy to find quickly.
