.13: More lights added to the driver. The different standbys have their lights, there's a generic henshin light combo, and then the Capsems have their individual lights for after the henshin light combo. Since there are so many capsems and each would have different lights I've decided to just do that one selection of lights at the end. Finisher lights to come later.

Updated Paradigm's background. Also added Sprites for a few more Legend Capsems.
