More Sneak Peeks for Battle of Abidjan Video

I'm still cranking away at the Battle of Abidjan video (basically a French thunder run sort of mission in West Africa). This is the finished animation for part of the intro. As I said in my last post I hired a couple of French voice over guys for this video, although in this segment I only used one because it fit the vibe better.

In the attachments there's also a still of the map I'm putting together for it. Because the city has a lot more infrastructure now than it did in 2011, including a bunch of bridges that make the whole maneuver plan seem like nonsense today, I've taken a bunch of Google Earth imagery from around 2008 and stitched it together on top of my After Effects comp to create one big period-accurate map of the city with high quality when zooming in on the key areas.

In terms of scope for this one think of the Operation Serval video I did in 2022.
