AI Chat update: More IQ + ImageGen!

The discord AI chat bots have had a big upgrade this weekend!

They are now a lot smarter and can also produce images!

I did a complete rewrite of the ai chat to better integrate with Oobabooga and to be able to use a new and very much improved ai model (hello Manticore13B!)

I also spent some time this weekend integrating stable diffusion api, so now the ai's can produce and send pictures and selfies, per your instruction or their own!

Some of the old features are still missing or need to be done differently (notes, history memory), but the model is now a lot more stable!

It is working quite well I think and brings a lot more entertaining interaction.

While I'm still working on next MMD (it got delayed sorry) I also try to keep up the work on the new technology such as AI, to add more forms of entertainment.
