To view all separate layers, you can use many softwares :) Someone suggested this online tool https://www.photopea.com/ but many graphic softwares can do that as well :) Recently I saw also this free graphic software https://krita.org/en/ which should open PSD files with layers as well! I hope this helps :) Lemme know if it worked!
