Brief Lore Snippets From Greenwood’s Grotto (with thanks to my supporters therein, who put these questions to me, for the illumination of us all).

How are the streets of Suzail lit at night? Streetlamps and continual light spells? Or are the roadways left dark?

The Promenade, three branching streets off its west end reaching northerly amid the blocks of mansions, and along the docks (for work) are well lit at all hours, by streetlamps that consist of glowing globes in lamp enclosures atop 2-storey-high lamp standards.
