BMZ - Test (2/10) (WIP & PSD)

I've had the idea for this arc of sorts for a while now. I was writing a rough outline for it back in late september while I was doing the first Sleep strip ( https://www.patreon.com/posts/bmz-sleep-1-2-72425879 ) . I had been needing a patreon break for a while then and I figured that was a good moment to take it, but then I got the idea that the ageswapped version of Boomer and Miles I had done purely for fanservice could serve a storytelling purpose by being an idealized version of the relationship Boomer wants with Miles, so planting it as a dream in a followup strip ( https://www.patreon.com/posts/bmz-sleep-2-2-72738128 ) could be decent foreshadowing and... I ended up kicking that break three months ahead.

I had no idea how to split this strip in two because four panels are clearly not enough, I think I could have compressed the shit out of it and fit it into one four panel strip, but I'd have to mangle the dialogue and cut Boomer's more elaborate reaction to his boner, which I think is essential to the "aw fuck, I'm in love with this guy" vibe at the end.

My first sketch of Boomer in panel 2 came out a little too slim (maybe it's the muscle memory of drawing young boomer for the other strips), I adjusted the sketch later but figured I'd leave it there to show the process.
