Content Problem

I had a complaint that people aren't getting their Tier animations.

I don't exactly know if it's a website bug or maybe lack of clarity.

If you would like access to animations or videos, tags help filter the content. Those with video, only the Video link is available via Google Drive in the description. If the link is broken, you can let me know and I'll make a new one quickly.

But if in fact it is not showing up, I can provide the refund without any problems, I want the rewards to be acquired in the best possible way.
