Patreon tier changes

With Anilyan's departure I have decided to do some updates to the tier perks!

Tier 3 patrons, on top of having the benefit to request variations of mods, now have the right to vote on any future polls to decide which character they want to see mods for next <3

Previously tier 4 patrons didn't have much of a benefit other than additionally supporting the patreon but with my newly learnt set of skills I have decided to allow requests for me to render any character model i made in any pose the person chooses (with provided picture reference) There's going to be a limit of 2 renders for a person per month.
